This App Hosting Sheet applies to all productions, organizers, and companies hosting live events, premieres, or presentations streamed through the GZTV application. By choosing to stream on the GZTV platform, all parties agree to comply with the following terms and standards.
 

Content Standards and Professional Conduct
 

GZTV maintains a professional, inclusive, and global platform. Profanity, nudity, racist language, discriminatory behavior, hate speech, harassment, or any other unprofessional remarks or conduct are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated under any circumstances during live events.
 

Advertising and Promotional Content
 

If a production plans to promote or advertise companies or services that are not current GZTV partners, the production is subject to an Ad Placement Fee. An advertisement is defined as any segment, verbal mention, visual placement, or promotional messaging in which a company, brand, or service is actively promoted during the live stream.
 

Production Quality Standards
 

All productions are required to maintain the highest level of production quality during live events, including audio, video, presentation, and overall execution. This standard applies equally to the live stream itself and all marketing or promotional materials associated with the event.
 

Streaming Rights and Licensing
 

By live streaming on the GZTV platform, the production grants GZTV joint ownership of the full live stream and any associated recordings. This includes a lifetime, royalty-free, copyright-free license allowing GZTV to use, distribute, archive, promote, and display the stream across its platforms and affiliated channels.
 

Required GZTV Advertising
 

All productions agree to run official GZTV company advertisements during all live streams hosted on the platform. Placement, timing, and format of these advertisements will be determined by GZTV.
 

Compliance With Company Rules
 

All productions, organizers, and participants must comply with all GZTV rules, regulations, policies, and platform guidelines at all times while streaming or promoting content through the app.
 

Stream Liability Acknowledgment
 

All companies and productions are subject to a stream liability fee for any live event or premiere hosted on GZTV. This fee applies regardless of event size or duration and acknowledges the technical, legal, and platform resources involved in hosting live content.
 

Copyright and Trademark Responsibility
 

All producers affirm that they either own or have received proper clearance for all copyrighted and trademarked materials showcased during the live stream. Producers assume full legal responsibility and liability for any claims, disputes, or violations related to intellectual property rights.
 

Right to Terminate Stream
 

GZTV reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any live stream if a policy violation occurs or if content is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or non-compliant with platform standards. No prior notice is required in such cases.
