FUNDING ROI

SAFE NOTE
A SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) investment provides investors with a return opportunity through future ownership in GZTV as the company grows in valuation. Investors contribute capital upfront in exchange for the right to receive equity shares during a future financing event, typically at a predetermined valuation cap or discount. The return on investment is generated through the appreciation of the investor’s equity as GZTV expands its streaming platform, subscriber base, content library, partnerships, and revenue channels. As the company increases in value, the Class B equity received through the SAFE conversion may provide investors with significant upside through future acquisitions, strategic investments, or public market opportunities.
