PHOTO AND FILM RELEASE

This Picture and Film Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between GZTV, its affiliates, partners, successors, and assigns (“Company”), and the undersigned individual (“Participant”). This Agreement applies to all individuals who engage with, appear in, or contribute to any GZTV-related productions, events, meetings, castings, rehearsals, or content capture.
 

Authorization to Record
 

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that GZTV and/or its affiliates may photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture the Participant’s image, voice, likeness, performance, name, and/or biographical material during participation in any GZTV-related activity (“Footage”).
 

Grant of Rights
 

The Participant grants GZTV and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, edit, modify, adapt, publish, transmit, and otherwise exploit the Footage, in whole or in part, for lawful business purposes. This includes use in film, television, digital and streaming platforms, promotional and marketing materials, press, publicity, social media, websites, internal company use, archival content, documentary projects, and commercial distribution across all media formats now known or later developed
 

Ownership of Footage
 

All footage captured by or on behalf of GZTV remains the exclusive property of GZTV and/or its affiliates. The Participant understands that they are not entitled to ownership rights, approval authority, or compensation related to the editing, distribution, or final use of the Footage unless otherwise agreed to in writing
 

Likeness and Identity Rights
 

The Participant retains ownership of their personal likeness and identity. This Agreement does not grant GZTV ownership of the Participant’s likeness. Rights granted are limited solely to the use of the captured Footage as outlined herein.
 

Artificial Intelligence Use
 

GZTV affirms that the Participant’s likeness, voice, image, or identity will not be used for artificial intelligence training, replication, simulation, or synthetic generation purposes.
 

No Obligation to Use
 

The Participant understands that GZTV is not obligated to use any Footage and may edit, limit, or discontinue use of recorded materials at its sole discretion.
 

Waiver of Claims
 

The Participant releases and holds harmless GZTV and its affiliates from any claims related to the lawful use of the Footage, including claims involving privacy, publicity, defamation, or misrepresentation, provided such use aligns with this Agreement.
 

Compensation
 

Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, the Participant acknowledges that participation may be without monetary compensation. Any compensation, credits, or benefits are governed by separate agreements or internal company policies.
 

Credit and Recognition
 

Professional credit, including but not limited to IMDb credit, is not guaranteed under this Agreement and is subject to eligibility, role classification, and production requirements as determined by GZTV.
 

Age and Authority
 

The Participant represents that they are at least eighteen years of age or have obtained legal guardian consent and have full legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
 

Governing Law
 

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which GZTV primarily operates.
 

Entire Agreement
 

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Participant and GZTV and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements related to the subject matter herein.
 

Participant Acknowledgment
 

By continuing, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Picture and Film Release Agreement.
