These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between GZTV (“the Company”) and its ticket holders, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates (“Members”). By engaging with the Company in any capacity, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Confidentiality
1.1 All discussions and business affairs not made public by the Company are deemed confidential.
1.2 Company files and materials shared among staff that are not publicly available must not be disclosed to the general public.
1.3 Members found sharing private company information without proper authorization will be subject to legal action.
1.4 GZTV owns all company materials, intellectual property, and anything created by members, or affiliates, for our company.
2. Media Consent & Guidelines
2.1 By participating in Company activities, events, productions, or affiliated projects, Members agree to be photographed and/or videotaped.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to repurpose, redistribute, and utilize such media for marketing, e-commerce, or other purposes without additional consent or compensation, without the intent to exploit or utilize in a negative way.
2.3 All members must follow the posting guidelines that are in place by the Company. This includes abiding by posting schedules, crediting all involved parties that are outlined, and does not misrepresent the Company’s image.
3. Recording Policy
3.1 Recording is permitted at all Company events, productions, commercials, and film sets unless expressly stated as a closed production, credit must be given to GZTV and everyone involved.
3.2 Members must respect designated no-recording zones or times when informed by Company leadership.
4. Equipment Liability
4.1 Members are responsible for any damage caused to GZTV-owned or partner-owned equipment.
4.2 If the damage could reasonably have been prevented within the Member’s reach or responsibility, as determined by Company leadership, the Member will be held liable for repair or replacement costs.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Members are expected to maintain professionalism and respect at all times. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Bullying

Harassment

Violence
5.2 Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including removal from Company activities and potential legal consequences.
6. Reporting Issues
6.1 Members may report concerns or issues involving other individuals anonymously to Company leadership.
6.2 The Company is committed to investigating all reports thoroughly and maintaining confidentiality throughout the process.
7. Monthly Retainer Policy
7.1 A 3-month minimum commitment is required for all monthly retainer packages, to be paid in full upfront
7.2 We understand the importance of testing compatibility, so we are offering a one-month trial option. However, please note that a processing fee will be applied to cover administrative and onboarding costs.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mediation first. If mediation fails, the matter will proceed to arbitration or legal action, as necessary, in accordance with the laws governing the Company’s jurisdiction.
9. Amendments
9.1 The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued participation with the Company constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
