At The Showroom, each piece is crafted with purpose, intention, and the artistry of our global family-owned ateliers. Because our garments are made-to-order and produced specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Policy

All items are made-to-order and considered pre-orders. Each piece is created uniquely for the customer, and as a result, all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will gladly repair, replace, or remake the item at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after purchase, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check sizing, details, and shipping information before checkout.

Alterations

Minor fit adjustments may be available on select pieces for an additional fee. For assistance, please contact customer support.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Orders

All Showroom pieces are made to order and treated as pre-orders, unless expressly stated otherwise. 

Processing & Production Time

Because every piece is handcrafted, please allow 2–4 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of the item. Estimated timelines will be noted on each product page. High-demand, limited, or couture-inspired pieces may require additional time.

Shipping Methods

Once completed, your order ships directly from our ateliers or fulfillment partners using secure tracked shipping. Customers may choose from standard or expedited options at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

After production is complete, domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location and may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Updates & Tracking

When your piece enters production and again when it ships, you will receive email updates. A tracking number will be provided once the order leaves our studio.

Delays

Because pieces are made by hand and crafted in small batches, occasional delays may occur. Should this happen, our team will notify you promptly and provide revised timelines.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days so we may assist in resolving the issue.
