THE MODEL LIFE: ON CAMPUS

This series follows the lives of aspiring working models as they navigate the competitive fashion industry while balancing family expectations, financial pressures, and the realities of college life. Featuring ten students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities and national universities, the project offers an intimate look at their personal journeys: on campus, at home, and on the runway. Through their stories, we witness ambition, sacrifice, and resilience as each student fights to build a future in fashion while striving to survive and succeed in college.

Award-Winning International Fashion Model and Luxury Fashion Executive, Justyn Burgest-Graham reflects on a journey shaped by perseverance, purpose, and reinvention. Raised between South Florida and Georgia, his first love was sports, where he learned the discipline, resilience, and competitive spirit that would later define his career. As dreams evolved and new opportunities emerged, he found himself trading the playing field for international runways, building a name that would take him across the world. At the end of the school year, Justyn returns to his middle school, Langston Chapel Middle School, reaching more than 700 students. The film chronicles his path from a young athlete searching for direction to an internationally recognized model and media executive, revealing the sacrifices, setbacks, and unwavering determination behind the creation of the global fashion platform, GZTV Inc.
