Made In Italy Expo Celebrating Italian Heritage in Atlanta
ATLANTA — GZTV attended the Made In Italy Expo in Atlanta, an international celebration of Italian culture, art, fashion, and design founded by the Vidali family, whose heritage is rooted in Italian culture. The multi-event program brought together artists, designers, collectors, and attendees from Italy, London, New York, and other locations to highlight the continued influence of Italian creativity and craftsmanship.
ITALIAN FASHION AND ART
The fashion presentation took place at Gallery Anderson Smith and featured designers Thalea Milano, Anticonformale, and Lorenzo Marini. The program also featured the work of Italian artist Paolo Chiezzi, further connecting the fashion presentations with Italy’s broader artistic traditions.
GZTV attended the fashion show as part of its continued coverage of international fashion and cultural programming in Atlanta. The event provided a setting for Italian designers and artists to present their work to an international audience while highlighting the relationship between Atlanta and the global fashion community.
A WEEK OF ITALIAN CULTURE
The Made In Italy Expo extended beyond the fashion presentation, with additional programming held throughout Atlanta. An exhibition took place at the Natuzzi showroom, while the week opened at the Waldorf Astoria with an Italian luxury car showcase and gallery. Justyn Burgest-Graham represented GZTV in attendance at the kickoff event.
The series of events brought together guests and creative professionals from multiple markets, creating opportunities to experience Italian fashion, art, design, automotive culture, and luxury within Atlanta.
UPCOMING GZTV PROGRAMMING
GZTV is continuing its coverage of Made In Italy Expo through upcoming original programming featuring Anticonformale and Thalea Milano. Produced at the Natuzzi Italian Showroom in Atlanta, the productions are currently in post-production and will feature sit-down conversations with the owners of each fashion house.
The upcoming originals will explore the history, design philosophy, elegance, and ethos behind the two Italian fashion houses, providing GZTV members with a closer look at the people and creative perspectives behind their brands
