ATLANTA, GA — June 2026 — GZTV successfully concluded its inaugural Freedom Week, a week-long celebration of fashion, film, art, and storytelling that expanded upon the foundation established by the Freedom of Expression Fashion Experience, first introduced in 2024.
The event featured the premiere of more than 10 upcoming projects scheduled to debut on the GZTV app Main Stage, offering audiences exclusive first looks at original stories and creative collaborations. Among the highlights were projects produced in collaboration with Bloomingdale's Lenox Mall, PUMA, and the Unfazed Exhibit, alongside a collection of untold stories and behind-the-scenes experiences from across the fashion industry.
Freedom Week generated strong engagement across the platform, resulting in a 400% increase in active members during the event weekend and driving GZTV to an all-time high in app impressions. Audiences from around the world tuned in throughout the celebration, with the largest concentrations of viewers coming from the United States, China, and Belize.
A New Chapter for the Freedom of Expression Fashion Experience
Originally launched as a single-day event in 2024, the Freedom of Expression Fashion Experience evolved this year into Freedom Week, transforming the celebration into a multi-day celebration of fashion, cinema, art, and culture. In addition, the company celebrated its 2-year anniversary. It commemorated and celebrated its past achievements and experiences. The app has only been released for over 6 months, which the company views as its most notable achievement worth celebrating.
Throughout the week, viewers were introduced to upcoming films, documentaries, interviews, and original productions while gaining exclusive access to creators, designers, and stories shaping the future of fashion. The expanded format reflects GZTV's continued investment in long-form storytelling and creator-focused programming.
