ATLANTA — GZTV has announced the release of Version 1.5.2, introducing “Shop with Giri,” a new feature that allows members to shop featured fashion collections while watching content on the platform. The update, currently available on iOS, expands GZTV’s watch-and-shop experience by enabling users to browse and purchase pieces directly from fashion films, runway shows, and movies without leaving the viewing experience.
The feature was developed under the direction of GZTV founder, CEO, and Head Engineer Justyn Burgest-Graham, who led the engineering and product development of the update. According to the company, the goal was to further connect fashion entertainment with fashion commerce by reducing the barriers between watching a production and discovering the collections featured within it.
“This is what it is all about,” Burgest-Graham said. “For users to not only enjoy their favorite films but to also have access to pieces of a collection without having to search for it.”
The company says the release represents another step in its mission of bringing together fashion, film, and technology through a single platform. As fashion cinema continues to evolve, GZTV is expanding the viewing experience beyond traditional streaming by integrating interactive shopping directly into original and licensed content.
Version 1.5.2 builds upon GZTV’s existing world, which includes:
• Front Row – A destination for fashion films, documentaries, runway shows, movies, interviews, and original series.
• Main Stage – Home to exclusive premieres and special fashion cinema releases.
• The Showroom – A curated luxury retail destination featuring fashion house partners and exclusive collections.
• The Fashion Calendar – The schedule for the global fashion weeks at your fingertips.
• The Wire – Real-time news and updates covering the fashion industry.
• Giri – GZTV’s proprietary AI fashion assistant, helping members discover content, navigate the platform, and now shop featured collections through the new Shop with Giri experience.
The update also expands GZTV’s support for the global fashion calendar. Members can now access schedules for New York, London, Milan, and Paris Fashion Weeks directly within the app through the Fashion Calendar. The company also announced plans to stream official fashion week runway presentations from these global fashion capitals, allowing members to watch shows from one centralized destination while simultaneously accessing featured collections through the platform.

Looking ahead, GZTV announced an upcoming community initiative in partnership with WHYME Institute of Fashion and The Grocery Spot. The organizations will host a Back-to-School Giveback, distributing more than 100 bookbags along with thousands of pounds of food to individuals and families in need as students prepare for the new school year. Sponsored by Buckhead Law and Hollyland Tech.
